An order can only be cancelled prior to processing and/or dispatch.

If you'd like to cancel your order, you can do so by completing the contact form.

Unfortunately, if the order has already been processed by our warehouse, it will be too late to prevent it from being despatched. Once your order arrives, please return it to our FREEPOST address below and we will process a refund for you.
